My name is Bailey Schober, and I’ve been passionate about fitness for over 15 years—exploring everything from powerlifting and bodybuilding to marathons and triathlons.
Through years of trial and error, I’ve tested countless training styles and nutrition strategies, refining what actually works—not just for me, but for the clients I serve.
My mission is simple: promote healthy living and help others transform their lives through fitness and nutrition. I firmly believe that investing in your health gives you more time with the people you love—and in this short life, that’s what truly matters.
When I was 15, I was a scrawny wrestler in the 103 lb weight class—the lightest class available. My arms didn’t fill out my sleeves, and I was afraid of the weight room because I felt so weak. People constantly told me, “You need to eat,” and deep down, I hated how small I was.
Then I lost an important match—not because I lacked skill, but because I lacked strength. I was furious. I knew I was the better wrestler, but my body couldn’t execute what my mind wanted to do. That day, I made a promise to myself: I would never lose again because I wasn’t strong enough.
That moment changed everything.
I stepped into the weight room for the first time with one goal: become a better wrestler. But lifting quickly became so much more—it became the path that transformed my life.
Over the years, I’ve gained over 80 lbs of muscle. My wrestling background laid the foundation for my passion for strength training, which evolved into competitive bodybuilding and powerlifting.
While strength and hypertrophy were my original focus, my perspective has evolved. Inspired by my wife’s Ironman accomplishments, I began taking on new challenges—completing marathons and triathlons to push myself both physically and mentally.
Today, I strive to maintain a well-rounded fitness routine that blends strength and endurance. I believe in challenging limits, embracing discomfort, and chasing growth in every season of life.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from young athletes to older adults staying active, to men and women looking to build muscle, drop fat, and feel confident in their own skin. Helping others take control of their health is what drives me every day.
