Most fitness programs hand you a one-size-fits-all plan and expect you to completely change your life overnight.

That’s not how real, lasting progress works—and that’s not how I coach.

What sets my coaching apart is that we start exactly where you are. Whether you're a total beginner, getting back into it, or more advanced and have hit a plateau—I meet you there.

We don’t throw a million changes at you. Instead, we build a clear, customized plan that fits your life, your body, and your goals. We focus on creating sustainable habits, step by step.

That means you won’t just get results during the program—you’ll walk away with the tools and confidence to keep progressing long after it’s over.

This isn’t a crash course. It’s a long-term solution, built exactly for you.

Do I need a gym membership to work with you?

Not at all. My coaching is built around you—your lifestyle, your schedule, and the equipment (or lack of) that you have access to.

If you have a gym membership, awesome—we’ll build your workouts around the equipment available. If you’re working out at home with just a few dumbbells, resistance bands, or even just your bodyweight, that’s totally fine too.

You’ll still get an effective, personalized program that helps you build muscle, lose fat, and get stronger without needing a fancy setup. The goal is progress—not perfection. We meet you where you're at and create a plan that feels doable so you can build lifelong habits that stick, no matter where you're training.

How often do you update training and nutrition plans?

I update training and nutrition plans based on your progress—not just a set timeline. If you're making steady progress, we’ll keep the momentum going. If you hit a plateau or your schedule, goals, or needs change, I’ll make adjustments to keep you moving forward. Everything is personalized and flexible to make sure it fits your lifestyle and delivers results.

Do you offer one-on-one coaching calls?

Yes! My coaching includes monthly private Zoom calls to dive deeper into your progress, troubleshoot challenges, and make sure you’re set up for success.

What kind of training do you provide?  

I provide customized training built around your goals, lifestyle, and experience level. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, gain strength, improve endurance—or a mix of all four—we’ll create a plan that fits you.

That might mean gym-based strength training, machine-focused routines, at-home bodyweight workouts, or a hybrid of lifting and cardio for those chasing performance goals like races or events. The point is: it’s not a cookie-cutter program.

I meet you where you’re at, and we build from there—progressively, and with purpose. Every phase of your training is designed to keep you improving, without burning out or getting stuck. And most importantly, we focus on habits that last long after the program ends.

This is about more than just workouts. It’s training with a long-term plan and real results in mind.

How long do the workouts take?

Most of my workouts take 45–60 minutes max because I focus on effective, not excessive, training. You don’t need to spend hours in the gym to see results.  

Can I still gain muscle while doing cardio or endurance training?

Absolutely. With the right programming and nutrition, you can build muscle while doing cardio or endurance training. The key is finding the right balance—making sure your strength training supports muscle growth and your cardio doesn't interfere with recovery. I’ll help you structure your training and diet so both goals work together, not against each other.

Do you give me a meal plan, or do you track macros?

I offer a flexible approach based on what works best for you.

If you like structure and want to be told exactly what to eat, I’ll give you a personalized meal plan built around your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. No bland chicken and broccoli—just real food you actually enjoy.

If you prefer more freedom and variety, we can take a macro-based approach instead. I’ll guide you on how to hit your protein, carbs, and fats in a way that fits your day-to-day routine without stress.

Most clients end up using a mix of both—starting with a simple plan, then learning how to make flexible, confident choices on their own. The goal is never perfection—it’s progress. And by the end of the program, you’ll know how to fuel your body without second-guessing every bite.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

Not at all. My approach is built around flexibility—you can still enjoy your favorite foods and eat out with friends and family while making progress. It’s all about balance and learning how to fit those foods into your plan in a way that supports your goals. No extreme restrictions—just smart, sustainable habits that get results.

How often do I check in with you?

You’ll fill out a weekly check-in form where we track your progress, habits, and how you're feeling. From there, I’ll send you a personal video check-in every week, breaking down your progress, making any needed adjustments, and giving you clear next steps.

But the support doesn’t stop there—I also check in with you throughout the week to keep you accountable, motivated, and moving forward. And if you ever have questions or need support, you can message me directly anytime through the app.

You’re never doing this alone. I’m with you every step of the way.

What if I have questions outside of check-ins?

You can message me anytime through the app—I’m here for you beyond just the weekly check-in.

Whether you’re stuck on a workout, confused about a meal, or just need a quick boost of motivation, I’ve got your back. I respond personally and make sure you get the answers and support you need to keep moving forward.
